We do not take returns, except in special cases. If you feel you have a special circumstance, contact us immediately.

PRIVACY POLICY

All orders and personal information is seen only by me and is held in the strictest confidence. I never see your credit card information. Your email address, phone, credit card #, and address will NOT be shared or sold by any means, for any reason, and is not kept on file.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Allow for 7 - 10 days minimum to gather your order for shipping.

We ship in the UNITED STATES only.

All orders will be shipped by US Postal Service. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is shipped. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you may request to pay an additional fee for express or overnight shipping.

Any orders that are heavy or require insurance will be invoiced for additional shipping.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are LOCAL to the Minneapolis-St Paul area, you can choose a shipping option in the cart for Local Pickup. You are responsible for contacting me to pick it up via email at jennifer*at*crystallinelight.com.

The home office is in Andover, MN. We'll schedule a date and time for pickup, which could be a minimum of 3 days following when the order is placed. Same day pickups are very (very) rarely available.
