Beta Quartz is a very rare and unique crystal! These tiny pieces are a form of quartz that is essentially a “fossil” of quartz itself, and forms in hexagonal bipyramidal shapes. One of the most fascinating facts about Beta Quartz is that it cannot exist at any temperature below 573 degrees Celsius. They are found in Java, Indonesia, and sometimes known as “Indonesian Diamonds”.
