SHIPPING + HANDLING
Allow for 7 – 10 days minimum to gather your order for shipping.
We ship in the UNITED STATES only.
All orders will be shipped by US Postal Service. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you may request to pay an additional fee for express or overnight shipping.
Any orders that are heavy or require insurance will be invoiced for additional shipping.
An email confirmation will be sent when the order is shipped; be sure you include the correct email address.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not take returns, except in special cases. If you feel you have a special circumstance, contact us immediately.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you are LOCAL to the Minneapolis-St Paul area, you can choose a shipping option in the cart for Local Pickup.
You are responsible for contacting me to pick it up via email at jennifer*at*crystallinelight.com.
The home office is in Andover, MN. We’ll schedule a date and time for pickup, which could be a minimum of 3 days following when the order is placed. Same day pickups are very (very) rarely available.
I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, preserving the planet for future generations. That’s why I’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that our practices prioritize the environment.
I reuse boxes whenever possible, wrap with honeycomb recycled paper or bubble wrap that was sent to us from other packages, and use materials that are as eco-friendly as possible.
Ethics and integrity are key. I aim to confirm that our crystal suppliers have a stable home and living necessities, have safe working conditions, and are paid a livable wage. Relationships with suppliers guarantees beautiful gifts from the earth and a synergy of connections.
