Where do the crystals come from?
My crystals are sourced from trusted suppliers around the world who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes. I aim to work closely with suppliers who prioritize safe labor conditions and responsible mining practices. While this is a big challenge and not always possible (that is a much longer discussion), I try my best to get as close to the source as possible, make sure the crystals are authentic, and be in communication with the supplier.
Are your crystals natural or man-made?
Most of my crystals are natural and hand-selected for their energy and quality. We’ll always note if a crystal has been altered. I will very rarely offer a stone is treated, dyed, or lab-created (like Opalite or Aura Quartz).
Where do you ship from?
I ship all orders from our studio in Andover, Minnesota. If you’re local, you can also choose to pick up an order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 4 – 7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, I only ship within the U.S.
Can I combine orders or add to an order I already placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to combine or modify it. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

How do I choose the right crystal?
Trust your intuition—it always knows what you need most. You can also browse by intention, chakra, or shape in our shop to find what fits.
How do I cleanse my crystals?
You can use smoke (like sage or palo santo), moonlight, sound, or intention. We include tips in many of the guides and product descriptions. As always, use your intuition as to if or when a crystal needs cleansing.
Can I put crystals in water or sunlight?
Not all crystals are water-safe or sun-safe. Check individual listings for care notes, or visit the blog for a full guide on crystal safety.
Do you offer guidance on how to use the crystals?
Absolutely! Explore my blog, YouTube channel, or download one of the free guides to learn practical ways to work with your stones.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, digital gift cards are available in various amounts and can be sent instantly to your recipient.
