We are moving into a time of beautiful heart opening. There are numerous ways you can help this process energetically, emotionally, and mentally. Being on a spiritual path myself for many years, I’ve noticed a trend that we tend to ignore our physical bodies. Spiritual connection and meditation? Sign me up! Woo-woo chanting and channeling? YES please! Pretty crystals and statues and sage to burn? Of course!
But what about physically taking care of your body? Ugh, let’s not.
Our bodies ideally need to be in alignment with our mind and emotions, and it makes life easier when we are balanced in all ways. We are not just our mind or energy … we have amazing bodies too!
So, let’s do YOGA! It’s one of my favorite physical activities that naturally heals our bodies, mind, AND spirit!
Yoga is accessible to EVERYONE and EVERY BODY! It can be done anywhere anytime, with no equipment or simple tools you already have at home. It stretches our physical body, yes, but it is deeply healing for mind and spirit as well.
