Meditation is awesome.
And yet, in our fast paced world, not all of us make time to do it for ourselves even though we know it’s helpful. (Or is that just me?) My belief has always been that it doesn’t have to be long and complicated at all. Meditation can happen while walking, doing dishes, or as you wake up or go to sleep.
